At Region A Blu-ray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cinematic experience. If your disc is defective or arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific transaction and click the 'Request Return' button.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the Blu-ray in its original case and include a printed copy of your authorization form to ensure faster processing.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection

Once received, our team will inspect the disc for playback issues and issue your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
